I am passionate about facilitating profound transformation in people’s emotional and relational lives. I value being both professional and deeply genuine in supporting and understanding my clients' experiences. I am dedicated to creating a safe and effective space for true healing to unfold. In personalized individual sessions, your deepest truths are welcomed, respected, and made useful in the search for clarity and growth.
As a yoga teacher, Thai massage therapist and meditation practitioner, I bring a holistic perspective to wellness. Additionally, I am an adjunct faculty member at Kansas State University, where I teach an ongoing undergraduate course in Multicultural Psychology. My past work includes being a teacher and doctoral supervisor, training doctoral-level interns from around the country in becoming a professional psychologist.
My background also includes undergraduate studies at Brown and Columbia Universities, and I earned my master’s and doctoral degrees at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA.
